Kazakhstan Flower Delivery has a store located at Shevchenko Street 91 in Almaty and we are supported by a national hand-picked florist network of local florists. Kazakhstan Flower Delivery works with florists from all around Kaakhstan to deliver you the freshest flowers.
All the arrangements pictured on our site have been specifically priced with regard to the stem count of the arrangement. Due to this we are unable to change what is in the arrangement. However, if a particular flower is not available we will ask the customer if they would like a substitution which will equal the price of the original flower.
We usually always call the recipient before delivery to arrange a convenient delivery time and to confirm the address.
If the recipient is not home the standard practice is to leave a note for the recipient so they can call us and arrange re-delivery.
You can request the flowers be left if the recipient is not home however Kazakhstan Flower Delivery takes no responsability for the flowers from this point on. We strongly advise you to provide us a phone number for the recipient and not request us to leave the flowers at the recipient’s house/flat if no one is home.

Yes, we use 2checkout for our online transactions. 2checkout is considered one of the most secure online systems in the world. We do not collect or have access to your credit card details or PayPal account details. We are notified by 2checkout as soon as your payment has been successful.
We offer a full refund in case:
you decide to cancel your order for any reason;
or
you mistakenly place an order to go to a town or city which is out of our delivery range (i.e. our couriers and flower shops don’t operate there).
In the above cases your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the credit card/paypal account from which the order was originally placed. The amount of time it takes for your credit to show up on your bank statement depends on your bank.
In Almaty the delivery is free.
If you don’t see your desired shipping location at checkout simply select ”Unlisted location” and we’ll contact our partner florist in that location in order to arrange delivery of your flowers. If we have any problems with your order we’ll contact you immediately by phone or email.
The best way to keep flowers fresh at home is to simply remove any leaves or foliage that will be under the water line, trim a small nip off the bottom of each stem and change the water every day.
To extend the life of your flowers place them in a room away from drafts, ripening fruit and heaters.
