Delivery Information
We deliver flowers and gifts by hand in the main cities of Kazakhstan : Almaty and Astana. We also deliver in other cities of Kazakhstan. The delivery fee depends on the region.
Same day deliveries must be received by 09:00 GMT. However on occasion, depending on the location of the flower delivery and workload we are able to deliver the same day even if we receive the order by 11:00 GMT. We will always try our best!
Please note that since we are a florist we don’t deliver teddy bears, chocolates or other gifts without flowers.
Delivery Days
We make deliveries from 9 am to 7 pm seven days a week. Sometimes earlier and later deliveries can be arranged if requested by the recipient.
Delivery Charges
In Almaty we offer free delivery.

Delivery Status
You may inquire about the status of your order by contacting our customer service department by email at : giftdeliveries@yahoo.co.uk. Please state your order number in all correspondence as this speeds up things.
If we have any questions or about your order we will contact you by phone and/or email.
Please make sure that the information you provide on the order form such as name, address and phone number of the recipient is accurate so as to avoid delays.
If you do not have an address for the recipient and only a phone number we can still deliver your flowers or gifts. We usually always require a phone number for the recipient so that we can call and arrange a convenient time for delivery and also confirm their address.
If the order is not urgent then we can deliver even if you have only an email address for the recipient. We will send an email to the recipient asking for their phone number.
Order Delivery Times
We call the recipient first to arrange a delivery time. If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, the we may choose to:
Leave the flowers with a relative or other person in their house;
Leave the flowers with a neighbour (if specifically instructed to do so by you or the recipient.
Leave a note on the recipient’s door asking them to call the our shop and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery.
If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to their office or place of work.
Holiday Delivery Days and times
During major holidays such as March 8th (International Women’s Day), February 14th (Valentine’s Day), New years eve December 31st, we strongly advise you to place your order 2-3 days in advance of the intended delivery dare so as to guarantee delivery.
During major public holidays(March 8, February 14, December 31) we cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery. If an order is taken for March 8th we will call the recipient and arrange a convenient delivery time but due to large number of orders the delivery time may be delayed by a few hours.
On all other days, deliveries can usually be made same day, i.e. 5-6 hours after your order is processed.
Special Delivery
Occasionally orders are placed on our website for certain remote areas that are not serviced by Kazakhstan Flower Delivery. In these cases, we may be able to arrange a special delivery for additional fees. To arrange a special delivery, please send us an email or call : +447452285386.
